Mark Towner Williams
drums/percussion/vocals
Mark was born in Los Angeles
and has played on quite a many albums and live
performances of artists such as Don Henley, Cher,
Air Supply, Eddie Money, Crosby Stills and Nash,
Tina Turner, Paul Rogers and others since he started
his professional career at fifteen years old.
Studying drums with Joe Porcaro along with music
theory and arranging, Mark also went to Berklee
College of Music from 1976 to 1979. Meanwhile,
you would like to note that he is the elder brother
of Joseph Williams (ex TOTO lead singer,) and
son of famed composer John Williams. Mark runs
his own label, “Andromeda” and plays and arranges
many instruments for eager, up-and-coming artists.
