to grow up for the ultimate immersion in soul,
funk, and Motown music. As lead singer for “Lisa
Marie and the Codependents” for fifteen years,
Lisa Marie has honed a truly soulful sound. (Janis
Joplin incarnate?) Her acute understanding of
old school groove makes for a lively and funky
low end. Already a signed solo artist on her own
and with a solo project touring with “Blessid
Union of Souls,” the Frogs lucked out to get such
a dynamic and experienced performer.
